Dave’s commitment to service is deeply rooted in his 12 years of honourable service as an Army veteran. This background fuels his passion for supporting the veteran community. He is an invaluable volunteer at the Open Air Military Museum, dedicating his time to preserving history and honouring those who served. Demonstrating his thoughtfulness and care for our residents, Dave personally sourced veteran badges for them — a gesture that brought immense pride and recognition.

His community spirit shines brightly through his annual participation at the Fawley Show, where he generously lends his time and skills. Dave is also a regular presence at the Veterans Breakfast Club, fostering camaraderie and support among fellow veterans.

Beyond the Call of Duty

Dave’s generosity and willingness to help know no bounds. He is renowned for assisting staff members with personal projects, even extending to decorating their homes out of work hours. In a testament to his versatile talents, he even catered a staff member’s wedding, showcasing his culinary skills and selflessness.
