Dementia Care
As a residential and dementia care home, our team can provide the support and expert care needed to help those living with dementia receive the best quality of life.
Reablement Care
We can provide personalised reablement care to help your elderly loved one recover and increase their independence following a fall, short illness or hospital visit.
Respite Care
Everybody needs some time for themselves, even more so when they care for someone else. This is why we offer short breaks or respite care here at Oaklands.
Day Care
Your loved one doesn’t have to be a resident to benefit from life at Oaklands. Day care is available for people who just want to stay with us during the daytime.
Discharge to Assess (D2A) Care
The team here at Oaklands work closely with Hampshire County Council and West Hampshire CCG to provide support with Discharge to Assess (D2A).
