Held last Thursday, the event brought together care providers from across the country, recognising outstanding contributions to dementia support. Our winning entry showcased tools such as AI-powered pain monitoring, night-time acoustic sensors, digital care plans, and NHS data sharing—all helping us deliver safer, more tailored care for those living with dementia.
